I am 26 year old male graduate student at NCSU that is currently leasing a 2 bed 2 bath apartment right across from the McKimmon Center (NCSU). After my current roommate moves out on July 15th, 1 bedroom and its private bathroom will be available for anyone interested in setting up a roommate situation. I am going to prioritize potential roommates that are willing to be added to the lease. The current lease will be renewed for 12 months starting July 15th. No pets allowed in the complex. Each occupant gets a parking pass. The rent will be $470/person with a $200/person deposit. The utilities includes electricity and internet, but the cost rarely goes over $50/person. The apartment comes with free cable, water, dishwasher, stove/oven, refrigerator, washer/dryer, small balcony, plenty of kitchen cabinets, a small pantry, a small storage room, and central heating and cooling. The available bedroom and bathroom (as well as most of the living room and kitchen) will be unfurnished. The place is 2-minutes from a bus stop and the stop is serviced by both city buses (1 hour frequency) and university wolfline buses (15-30 min frequency when classes are in session). There is no direct bus to the closest grocery store (Food Lion); the walk is about 20 min one way, 4 min by car. Things I like about the apartment: The washer/dryer. Its relatively new. Maintenance requests are attended to promptly. The bulk of the internet cost is covered by the complex. Its super close to campus; I often walk to work. Hot water is never scarce. Private bathroom. Cons: The walls are a little thin. About me: I study quantum chemistry, so I tend to be on the nerdy side. I can make a mess in the kitchen, but I always make sure to clean up afterward. I generally leave for work between 8-10am and get back between 7-9pm on weekdays. On Sat I generally work from 1pm till 5 or 6pm. I am in my last year of graduate studies. more details: Studio, $470
